Our Inspiration
"Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12
Our Direction
The purpose of our Youth Ministry is to offer instruction from the Bible so youth will develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in His grace and knowledge.
Sunday School
This is a time when 7th- 12th grade youth are taught in age-structured groups. Teachers use Bible based materials focusing on current topics to help teens overcome the challenges they face.
Sunday Nights
Every Sunday night the youth join together to fellowship, discuss relevant biblical topics, and help them apply biblical principles in their lives.
Other Events
Other events are planned throughout the year for youth. Some of these events include monthly fellowships, community outreach and summer camp.
Youth Group Guidelines
God calls us to be holy and to be witnesses to others. As such, we have guidelines for dress and discipline, and expect appropriate behavior at all times.
Child Protection Policy
Dutchtown Baptist Church recognizes the importance of protecting youth from all forms of abuse. Therefore, through the implementation of a Child-Protection Policy, Dutchtown Baptist Church offers a safe environment to every youth participating in a church-sponsored youth activity.
