Missions and Service
Our Inspiration
"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." Acts 1:8
Our Direction
Dutchtown Baptist Church participates in the Great Commission by awakening Christians to God’s call to join Him in missions, and help take the Gospel to all people. This involves reaching out to our local community, state, country, and world through various ministry opportunities.
New mission ministry option: Eyes Open ~ Hearts Broken...leading a more missional lifestyle
Join with others each month as we learn about, pray for, and seek where God would have us serve in missions opportunities both locally and globally. Monthly meetings will include a missionary focus/guest speaker, a devotional time to be encouraged from the Word, and a time to pray for missionaries specifically by name. We will also learn about how we can be a part of opportunities to share Christ's love through one-time or on-going projects.
